Corey Gantt, and the Incline Team, have worked tirelessly over the last year and a half to give its athletes and families a place to call home - and are humbled to officially announce its arrival on April 3, 2021. The FIVE has been established with the intention of creating a space to train, play, gather, and expand. Located in the gated parking lot off of Chad Dr., the new Incline headquarters is a multi-purpose facility that can fit up to 1,165 people. Inside the 14,400 sq. ft. arena lies a flawless stained NBA playing floor, inspired by the Brooklyn Nets with a unique twist added by Becca Durbin.

As you walk into the arena, on display is the motion blur dispersed across the sideline which reifies movement and progression; embodying the Incline brand. In the center of the court, you’re drawn to the flashy yet uncommon 24ft X 17ft iconic “I” logo which stands for Incline Sports.

 

With the establishment of the FIVE arena, the community of Eugene can tick one more box next to ‘advanced athletic facilities.’ Professionally installed by Tom Wise, known for his work on the Moda Center, Gill Coliseum, and Matthew Knight Arena.

 

To go along with this state-of-the-art facility, the FIVE has 2 “1135 NCAA qualified” and 2 “1835 WNBA/NBA Qualified” Porter Hoops. Running along the sides of the floor are 3 wall-mounted baskets, accompanied by matching Dr. Dish “CT” Shooting machines, allowing for over 1,000 pre-programmed workouts. With each shooting machine, there will be a 75” TV located above the basket to mirror the 15.6” monitor attached to the CT machine. Our youth teams, “Incline Goats” and Team Ruthy”, along with other local athletes, will all have the opportunity to elevate their game to the next level.

 

Built in 1987, inside the FIVE you will see soundproof walls, an all-over LED lighting system, a rare custom NBA court, and equipment only found at the NCAA Division 1 or professional level. 

 

Incline and its members have created a culture of consistency and effort that is next to none. The opening of the FIVE is a culmination of the vision, detailed work, and loyalty. Thank you to the endless amount of hands that have helped in the curation of this facility.
