ABOUT INCLINE

Incline is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit charitable basketball organization built on character, love, and loyalty. Our mission is to use the basketball platform to create a pipeline that extends far beyond just basketball and establish relationships needed for our community to prosper.

"Blood makes you related, loyalty makes you family."

Our Core Values

Unity

Every player brings something to the table. Understand each player will have a unique responsibility and a role to play that will help us reach a common goal.

Selflessness

Being selfless is the sign of a true champion. It is being more concerned with the needs and wishes of others rather than yourself. It is the act of giving before taking. In the basketball world, this equates to taking charges, diving for the loose balls, sprinting back, helping your teammates out, whether it's on and off the court.

Leadership

Leadership is a skill that is critical in every role on the court and also in your daily life. A good leader has personality, courage and clear vision with ambition to succeed.

Sportsmanship

The benefits of good sportsmanship translates directly to the real world. It builds teamwork, character, teaches respect, honor, discipline, kindness, inclusion, resilience, and perseverance.

Integrity

It is our priority to ensure our players understand that the quality of being honest, having strong moral principles and treating people respectfully is the foundation of our culture.

Dedication

We live in a world where instant gratification is glorified. Greatness takes time and hard work. Fall in love with the process of being great, because "anything easy to get ain't worth keeping."

T.M.E.

The Main Event. Give the spectators and coaches a show. Everything starts with your mentality. Speak things into existence and never doubt your abilities.

Hiring high-quality coaches to teach our players the game is the core foundation of Incline. We require that our coaches be experienced, knowledgeable, positive yet demanding, passionate, thoughtful, prepared, able to communicate, and most of all willing and able to teach.
