Start your summer off right by jumping into our boot camp sessions with Coach Flex.

6 weeks of elite training helping kids gain the confidence and understanding of how to use their body during sports. June 20th-July 27th every Monday and Wednesday from 4pm-5pm. The focus will be soley on individual growth and improvements highlighting these key areas:

  • Balance/Coordination

  • Running/Jumping

  • Speed/Agility

  • Mobility/Core Strength

  • Game Integration
