Academy Registration & Tryout Reminder

Hi All -

As a reminder, tryout registration is open. The deadline to register is April 2, 2021.

Please note the modification of the team structure:

  • GOLD High School (Open to all incoming freshman - rising seniors Boys and Girls)

    • A Team

  • SILVER High School (Open to all incoming freshman - rising seniors Boys and Girls)

    • B Team

  • BLUE High School (Open to all incoming freshman and sophomore Boys and Girls)

  • 13U Boys, 13U Girls and 12U Girls

Additionally, an 11U Boys and Girls team will be selected from the upcoming academies. Please note that team formation is affected by tryout numbers and player skill. Incline reserves the right to modify its team offerings at any time.

Registration for academies will open Sunday, March 21st, 2021 at 9 am.

The structure of our academies has changed slightly. You will have the option to select which package you'd like to purchase. Packages come in 5, 10, 12, and 16 sessions. You can spread these sessions out across the month as you see fit. Unused sessions will NOT rollover to the next month. Use them or lose them.

Academy Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

  • Elementary School: 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

  • Middle School: 5:15 pm - 7:00 pm

  • High School: 7:15pm - 9:00 pm

How to Book Academy:

  • Go to the Booking page on our website

  • Click on the "Packages" tab

  • Select which package you'd like to purchase and "Add to Cart"

  • It will ask you to create an account with Vagaro (booking software)

  • Select the cart icon in the right-hand corner when you are ready to checkout

  • Select "Proceed to Checkout," fill out payment information

  • Agree to the terms and conditions, then select "Buy Now"

  • Once you purchase a package, you have to go back to our website to book the sessions. Purchasing a package does NOT book you into an academy session.

    • Under the booking page, select "Classes" tab

    • Select the week you want to book for then hit "Sign Up" on the right-hand side

    • Select which days you want to attend. Customize information how you see fit.

    • Click "Next."

    • Select your attendees. Click "Checkout," click "Book."

We will post a video under the booking page when registration opens that walks you through this entire process. Please watch the video before submitting questions regarding the booking process.
